What information do you need to prepare a Securities Account Analysis?

We need the complete brokerage account statements for the time period analyzed.  We will happily accept and review the statements in .pdf format (on a CD) if available. Many of our clients save on time, paper, and shipping costs by sending us their statements in this format.

What is your turnaround time for completion of an analysis?

You may request a specific turnaround time for your report based upon the turnaround time pricing level that you have chosen. Once you have approved the estimate we will give you an outside date by which you should expect to receive your completed analysis. We frequently do RUSH projects.

How do I get started?

Simply provide your account statements via overnight delivery, CD, or emailed .pdf files. Please indicate whether you prefer that your estimate is faxed or emailed to you and provide the contact address or fax number. Your estimate will be turned around in a timely manner. To approve the estimate and begin work you either email our explicit approval back to us, or you should sign the estimate and fax it to our office at (415)472-1687.

Can I pay my retainer or invoice with a credit card?

We do take Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. To make a payment, please call our office at (415) 472-1655 with your estimate (for retainer payment) or invoice number (for invoice payment), and your credit card information.

Can you recommend additional schedules that will be helpful to my case?

Yes, please provide a copy of any relevant documentation (e.g., Statement of Claim, Response, etc.) for review. Email is the best delivery method. We will review all documents provided as well as any notes provided by you. From this information, we will make recommendations for add-on schedules, which may be useful in highlighting key aspects of your case
