FFA CASE SNAPSHOT REPORT

The FFA Case Snapshot report is an excellent tool for evaluating the viability of a particular case. It provides a Preliminary Net Out of Pocket (Pre-NOP) figure as well as a table and graph of preliminary monthly and cumulative profit and loss. Case Snapshot is a very basic report based only upon what came into the account and what came out. It does not consider or designate the movement within the account (e.g. Buys, Sells, Income, Fees, Margin Interest) at all. The Case Snapshot Pre-NOP can be the basis for your Statement of Claim, and is not meant to be used in Arbitration proceedings. Arbitration reports require significantly more foundation and detail.
