Thomas Mauriello
I have used Elizabeth Falk's financial damages analysis services in dozens of cases since 2001. Ms. Falk is extremely thorough, reliable, and professional. She has a good understanding of the issues in my cases and the objectives of the reports that I need. Her reports are relevant, clear, and present well. I have never had a report of hers questioned by opposing counsel. On the rare occasions when her testimony was necessary at an arbitration hearing, she handled herself very well. I often recommend her services to others and do so wholeheartedly.

I have known Elizabeth Falk for almost 5 years. I first met her at a PIABA conference. I was impressed with her work and asked her to come to our Clinic and lecture the students about how to determine financial damages in a FINRA securities arbitration. Elizabeth was an excellent teacher to the law students and extremely generous with her time and knowledge. The Law School asked her to be an Adjunct Professor for the Clinic and she was appointed by the Dean to this position in the Fall of 2006.
Elizabeth has been wonderful as a Law Professor. She has been enthusiastic about her teaching and working with the students on actual cases. When the students, as part of our outreach program, presented to senior citizen organizations around San Francisco, Elizabeth was always there to provide psychological support and practical help. She has been more than invaluable in computing damages for our clients, most of whom are seniors and disabled. As part of the semester’s program she testifies as an expert witness during our mock arbitrations in class. She has also testified during an actual arbitration with a law student questioning her.
I give Elizabeth the highest possible recommendation. Her character and integrity have been outstanding and her professional skills the very highest. She is always honest in her analysis of our client’s claims and has always been accurate in her calculations. The Law School is grateful for what she does for our students and clients.
